If you have an IT related problem just use the Log service call option on the menu where you will see a list of our charges and a form to fill in with details of your problem then you will receive either a phone call or an email to arrange an engineer visit. We are not a 9 - 5 business we can organise an engineer to come at a time that can suit you.
